Solidarités International, an international humanitarian NGO with over 40 years of experience, is seeking a qualified MEAL Activity Manager to support and mainstream Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) processes in Farah. The role involves methodological support, data management, and ensuring quality implementation of programs related to water, sanitation, hygiene, food security, and livelihoods.

Develop and support M&E plans and tools under MEAL Manager supervision.

Centralize data collection and analyze monitoring data to improve program performance.

Organize and conduct field visits for monitoring and evaluation.

Ensure complaint response mechanisms are functional and accessible.

Provide training and capacity building for program teams on MEAL processes.

Report regularly to the MEAL Manager and contribute to donor reports.

Represent Solidarités International in relevant forums when required.

Experience

Strong expertise in MEAL methodologies and tools, including Kobo Toolbox.

Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and MS Office.

Excellent communication skills in English, Dari, and Pashto.
