Role Purpose

The Education Officer will support education activities and provide technical assistance to implementing partners at the field level in Logar province. The role includes monitoring, capacity building, documentation, and coordination with partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities of the Education Officer Save the Children – Latest Acbar Jobs in logar 2025

• Provide technical support to partner education staff at district and provincial levels

• Monitor teaching and learning materials (TLM) distribution

• Maintain and update project tracking systems (IPTT, EPTS)

• Support MEAL team in post-distribution monitoring (PDM)

• Finalize and review teacher payroll and related records.

• Submit bi-weekly and monthly reports to the Education Coordinator

• Conduct field visits and gather feedback on project challenges and successes

• Facilitate Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions with national and sub-national partners

• Establish and manage digital and physical records of all project-related activities

• Ensure proper safeguarding practices and safer partnerships in the field

• Collaborate with logistics and admin teams for operational support

• Take on additional duties as assigned by the line manager
