Job Description – Latest Acbar Jobs in Ghazni Apply Online 2025 – New Jobs in Ghazni

As a CHW Trainer, you will:

• Work with CBHC supervisors in the selection, training, and deployment of CHWs.

• Engage local communities to strengthen their understanding of community-based healthcare.

• Organize and implement training programs for CHWs following standard health guidelines.

• Supervise and monitor CHWs at the field level to ensure service quality.

• Establish Health Committees and Community Health Shuras in target areas.

• Conduct community mapping and facilitate health-related surveys.

• Ensure effective referrals and linkages with higher-level health facilities.

• Prepare reports, maintain data records, and update HMIS databases.

• Support CHWs in practical fieldwork and capacity building.

This role is critical in enhancing community-based health services and directly contributes to improving public health outcomes in Ghazni province.
