• Identify eligible and vulnerable families for support under the project criteria.

• Build collaborative relationships with community leaders and district-level stakeholders.

• Coordinate community mobilization activities under the guidance of MCHC and line managers.

• Assist in the selection of Service Delivery Points (SDPs) and maintain regular contact with SDP representatives.

• Inform residents about available outreach services and organize awareness walks.

• Conduct health-related awareness sessions focused on hygiene, reproductive health, mental health (PSS), family planning, nutrition, immunization, antenatal and postnatal care, ARI, diarrhea, and malaria.

• Support follow-up for PSS and reproductive health cases.

• Provide regular updates, situation analyses, and security reports to project supervisors.

• Ensure timely distribution of educational materials by coordinating with the logistics team.

• Conduct orientation sessions for Shura members and project beneficiaries.

• Maintain proper documentation of project activities and beneficiary records.

• Refer identified psychosocial support (PSS) cases to nearby PSCC or MCHC centers for specialized care.

• Support outreach teams in ensuring high-quality project execution.
