Provide individual and group psychosocial support (PSS) for children, adolescents, and adults.

Plan and facilitate recreational, creative, and educational activities to promote mental health and wellbeing.

Identify individuals needing specialized mental health support and refer them as per established referral protocols.

Conduct outreach to educate the community about mental health, reduce stigma, and promote available support services.

Assist in designing and implementing community-based PSS initiatives.

Maintain accurate and confidential records of participants, sessions, and referrals.

Participate in regular team meetings and capacity-building training.

Contribute to monitoring, reporting, and documentation of activities as required.

Represent OHW in relevant sub-national and national meetings.

Ensure the confidentiality and anonymity of clients approaching OHW.

Support children’s case finding and categorization related to violence.

Provide psychological and legal support to children affected by violence.

Develop and maintain a strong referral system for children survivors of violence.

Offer technical support for child survivors of violence, including follow-ups.

Liaise with government departments to address the needs of child survivors.

Conduct individual counseling and provide practical guidance to survivors.

Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
