As an EPI Officer, the candidate will take responsibility for managing, supervising, and monitoring the EPI program at the provincial level.

Key Duties:

• Lead and oversee EPI activities across Baghlan province.

• Ensure on-time planning and response for both NIDs and routine immunization.

• Provide supervision, monitoring, and evaluation of EPI activities.

• Support health facility staff in planning and implementation.

• Provide timely and accurate reports to supervisors.

• Ensure that health facility staff follow operational guidelines of AADA and MoPH.

• Track project indicators and develop action plans to meet targets.

• Conduct supervisory visits (10–12 times/month) to health facilities.

• Verify HMIS checklists monthly at each HF.

• Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems.
