Individual Support & Case Management:

• Deliver psychological support to women and girls referred internally or by partner organizations.

• Conduct assessments and develop case plans in collaboration with social workers.

• Monitor psychological progress of cases and maintain confidential records.

• Participate in home visits when necessary.

• Implement self-care initiatives for WVO’s case management teams.

Group & Collective Support:

• Design and implement group counseling activities for at-risk women.

• Facilitate support group sessions at the Multi-Purpose Women’s Center (MPWC).

• Train and support staff in the delivery of specialized PSS interventions.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain secure clinical records and case files.

• Prepare bi-weekly and monthly reports detailing service delivery and challenges.

• Provide technical reports on specific cases and recommend improvements for service effectiveness.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a counsellor working with vulnerable women and girls.

• MD Doctor or a degree in psychology, counseling psychology, or a related field.

• Fluent in Pashto, Dari, and English (written and spoken).

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Internet).

• Experience in humanitarian or NGO settings is a strong advantage.

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
