The Access and Resilience Assistant will support the Security Officer (SO) in managing security, access, and movement tracking within Nimruz. The role also involves incident reporting, staff safety, emergency response, and communication support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track staff and vehicle movements daily.

• Ensure regular communication with field teams.

• Report incidents and update security-related information.

• Monitor compliance with SOPs and contingency plans.

• Supervise guards and coordinate shifts.

• Maintain first aid kits, fire equipment, and communication lists.

• Ensure compound safety, visitor screening, and staff security.

• Respond to emergency incidents and provide support when required.

• Assist with logistics, administrative, and security-related tasks.

• Work in shifts, including nights and holidays.

• University or Baccalaureate degree (12th Grade).

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience as a security assistant.

• Strong communication skills in English, Pashto, and Dari.
